I'm not sure why the ground floor is marked "0". I'm scared about what goes on down on floor -1. You need a key to get there. If I make it down and back you will be the first to know. (This is from the elevator in our school)
We are not talking about Braille Greg, no one is confused about why blind people need dots to read. We are confused as to why the floors start at zero and can go negative. That does not exist in the states.
Is Braille...a worldwide, uniform system? It doesn't change with different parts of the world does it?
